Students are required to sit for the English Placement Test before enrollment if they do not meet the requirements mentioned above. Students would be required to pursue RCC’s intensive English Proficiency (IEP) before proceeding to Certificate, Diploma and Degree. Students will be streamed according to their level of proficiency.
